ZICO Trust (S) Ltd. (formerly known as ZICO Allshores Trust (S) Ltd.) was incorporated in 2012 and obtained its trust business license in 2014. It is an independent trustee and fiduciary services company, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

We offer a diverse range of private and corporate trust services to both onshore and offshore clients. We provide trustee services for private family trusts, and for corporate trusts which include employee share trusts, unit trusts and acting as trustee in capital and loan market transactions. We also offer fund administration, escrow agent and custodian services.
